produceWe all know there is a correlation between the foods you put in your body and how they affect your health. Clients of Derma Health Institute in Chandler, Mesa and Ahwatukee are lucky to have numerous articles and info from the doctors about how to keep their skin healthy and diet effective. Because while they may have the tools and treatments to make us all look good from the outside, you still need to work from the inside out to get the full effect.
See this story from FOX 10 that focuses on the Top Five Dirty Foods with Dr. Ann Watwood. Then check out this link from an interview on Sonoran Living with Dr. Amy O’Hara about the most toxic and least toxic produce, something discussed a lot with clients going through the Ultimate Fat Burning Diet.

  1. Thank you for the link. I learned a lot from the article. I definitely agree that bad, toxic foods can reflect in our skin. Nothing can beat a healthy diet and preventing skin damage from the inside than undergo different procedures to treat the damage due to our poor diet.
